The Foundation is an independent paramilitary and scientific organization known mostly to be dedicated to the fighting against and study of paranormal creatures. Their personnel include battle capable and heavily armed soldiers and high-level scientists with diverse backgrounds in actual science, neo-science, and pseudo-science. They occupied Baltimore shortly after then cataclysm that took place on Carnate Island.
The head of the organization is Jordan and it is believed to be funded by Blackmore.
