Blackmore's Drowning Pool

Blackmore's Drowning Pool is a place found in Baltimore. Its exact location is unknown, however Torque manages to reach it from a hole inside Eastern Baltimore's Correctional's Factory.

Chapter 16 of The Suffering: Ties That Bind takes place in this location. Here Dr. Killjoy, Copperfield the Slave Hunter and The Creeper will serve as a tribunal for Torque, judging his actions inside Baltimore since his return from Carnate Island.
